ONLINE APPOINTMENTS

- Once booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all necessary details

- Bookings are essential and can be made via the online system or by text messaging or calling directly on 0403 125 506

- Payment of your session is due at the time of your appointment

- Please arrive on time and allow a few minutes to settle before your session begins

- If you are after a time that is not represented on the calendar, contact me and I will do my best to find a time that works for you

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

- Life happens - I understand!

- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice

- Cancellations within 24 hours will result in a fee, unless it's due to an emergency

- No-shows without notice are non-refundable
